Copyright Policy
EPGBILL.COM (“EPGB”) may, at its absolute discretion, suspend and/or terminate the accounts of any EPGB client that is shown to be infringing intellectual property rights of others as described in United States of America Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). EPGB has voluntarily chosen (without at any time submitting to the jurisdiction of the US Federal or State Courts) to follow as an example of good professional practice the principle procedure prescribed by the DMCA for notification, takedown, and counter-notification of alleged breaches of copyright. If you believe that an EPGB client has material on a website that constitutes a violation of your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please provide the following information to us:
- A detailed description of the copyrighted material and where the original material is located;
- A detailed description of where the infringing material is located;
- Written information sufficient to permit us to contact you, which must include your physical address, telephone number, and an e-mail address at which you may be contacted;
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or any applicable the law;
- A statement by you under penalty of perjury under your local applicable law that the above is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
- An electronic or physical signature from you.
